gpn14 ct9920 Ct9920 gpn14 NOTICE OF SUIT TO: AMERICAS DOLLAR DREAM, LLC d/b/a SAVE RITE AND LATABAI THAKARE Having determined that the address of your residence is unknown and cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry, pursuant to O.C.G.A. ? 9-11-4, et seq., you are hereby served by publication as to your status as a defendant in the matter of Jae Y. Lee et aux. v. Americas Dollar Dream, LLC, et al.; Civil Case No.: 25CV76001 (file date: October 31, 2025) respecting default under the terms of that Shopping Center Lease Agreement dated August 23, 2024. Further, unless you appear and defend as required by the laws of the State of Georgia within thirty (30) days from May 6, 2026, default judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in said Complaint. 4:18,25;5:2,9,2026
