In the Matter of W.C. a.k.a Baby Chavis File Number 246704 TO: Ashley Chavis and James Pallbeano and any unknown, unnamed putative, biological and/or legal father(s) of the above-named children, WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN. GREETINGS: Pursuant to Order of this Court signed March 13, 2026, you are hereby notified that a Petition For Termination of Parental Rights was filed on December 3, 2025 in this Court by the Georgia Department of Human Services, through its agent, Fulton County Division of Family and Children Services, by The Gordon Henry Firm LLC, Special Assistant Attorney General, for Romona Scott, case manager, alleging the whereabouts of the putative/legal fathers, and any unknown, unnamed putative, and/or biological fathers of the above named child are unknown, and asking the Court take such steps as are necessary for the care, placement and protection of the above said child.
