In the Matter of BABY GIRL UNKNOWN, SEX: F, DOB: 5/29/25, #: 01-26TP00603 File Number 248896 TO: UNKNOWN mother and UNKNOWN putative/biological/legal father of the above-named child, WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN. GREETINGS: Pursuant to Order of this Court signed March 23, 2026, you are hereby notified that a PETITION FOR TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS was filed on March 5, 2026 in this Court by the Georgia Department of Human Services, through its agent, Fulton County Division of Family and Children Services, by the Gordon Henry Firm, LLC, Special Assistant Attorney General, for Dominic Thompson, case manager supervisor, alleging the identity and whereabouts of the mother and putative/biological/legal father(s) of the above-named child are unknown, and asking the Court take such steps as are necessary for the care, placement and protection of the above said child.
