The above-named children are in the temporary custody of the Division pursuant to a prior order of the Court finding the children to be dependent. The Petition asks the Court to terminate parental rights and obligations of the parent(s), with respect to the children, arising out of the parental relationship, including the right to inheritance, and that the children be committed to the Georgia Department of Human Services with the right to proceed for adoption.
