160-503630 12/11,12/18,12/25, 1/1NOTICE TO APPEARSTATE OF GEORGIACOUNTY OF DEKALBIN THE JUVENILE COURT OF DEKALB COUNTYIn the interest of++V.H., Sex: M, DOB: 01-01-21, Case Number 25J02131++ TO: DANA HILL, Mother GREETINGS: Pursuant to Order of this Court, you are hereby notified that on or about November 5, 2025, a Petition For Permanent Guardianship was filed in this Court by the Georgia Department of Human Services, through its agent, DeKalb County Division of Family and Children Services (Division), whose address is 2300 Parklake Drive; Atlanta, Georgia 30345, alleging the whereabouts of the above-named parties are unknown. The above-named child is in the temporary custody of the Division pursuant to a prior order of the Court finding the children to be dependent. The Petition asks the Court to place the child under the permanent guardianship of his current caregiver. A free copy of the Petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Juvenile Court of DeKalb County, 4309 Memorial Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030, on any day, Monday through Friday, between the hours 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Please contact the Clerk's office at 678-409-4252 for information regarding electronic filing and virtual access.You are hereby commanded to be and appear at the DeKalb County Juvenile Court, 4309Memorial Drive, Decatur, Georgia 30030 on January 14, 2025 at 9:00 o'clock a.m. to show cause why the request of the Division to grant the guardianship should not be granted.
