No. 067015; 0.165 Acre(s) in Permanent Easement on Tax Parcel ID. No. 067015; Dharm B. Sinha; et al., Condemnees. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 15, 2025, Columbia County, Georgia filed a Petition of Condemnation and Declaration of Taking in the Superior Court of Columbia County, Georgia affecting the following property, owner and potential claimants: Fee Simple: All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbia County, Georgia, containing that 0.171 acre(s), more or less, portion of Tax Parcel ID No. 067 015 shown and depicted on the Right of Way of Proposed Hereford Farm Road Widening from SR. 232 to North Belair Road Columbia County plans prepared by AECOM under the supervision of Travis McClam, PE, Office of Design, and approved by Troy A.
