CIVIL ACTION  FILE NO.: 25-A-09828-7 NOTICE FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION To: 	Ranjankumari Dhirajlal Patel  2740 Longacre Park Way Lawrenceville, GA, 30044 By Order for Service by Publication dated the 5th day of February, 2026, you are hereby notified that on October 15, 2025, Plaintiff Itria Ventures LLC (Plaintiff or Itria) filed suit against you in connection with a Receivables Sale Agreement (RSA) between Itria and Defendant USA EXIM & Accounts Services Inc (USA EXIM) and executed by Ranjankumari Dhirajlal Patel (Patel)  as a Managing Member of  USA EXIM and in her personal capacity as a guarantor.  On or about August February 25, 2025, Itria and USA EXIM entered into a Receivables Sale Agreement (RSA), wherein Itria agreed to pay USA EXIM Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) (the Purchase Price) to purchase Forty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($43,750.00) of USA EXIMs future accounts receivable (the Amount Sold) for the working capital needs of USA EXIMs business operations. In connection with the RSA and as an inducement therefor, Patel executed and delivered to Plaintiff that certain Guaranty dated February 25, 2025 (the Patel  Guaranty).  Under the Patel n Guaranty, Patel absolutely and unconditionally guaranteed USA EXIMs  obligations under the RSA (collectively, the RSA and the Patel Guaranty are the Purchase and Sale Documents).  A true and correct copy of the redacted Purchase and Sale Documents is attached to and incorporated into Plaintiffs Verified Complaint as Exhibit A.  For Patel s breach of the  Purchase and Sale Documents, Plaintiff alleges it is entitled to a judgment against Patel in the total amount of $20,242.60, plus contractual fees and late charges in the amount of $2,500, for a total amount of $22,742.60, plus its reasonable attorneys fees and costs. You are required to file with the Clerk of Superior Court, and to serve upon Plaintiffs attorneys, Michael E. Hutchins, Paul G. Williams and Robyn King Richards of Kasowitz LLP, an Answer in writing within sixty (60) days of the date of the order for publication.
