You may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of Juvenile Court at 115 Stone Mountain Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 during regular business hours or a copy will be mailed to you at your request.                   You are further notified that a hearing thereon will be held before this court on 9th day of March 2026 at 9:00 am, at the Juvenile Court of Gwinnett County, located at 115 Stone Mountain Street, Lawrenceville, GA 30046.  You are required to appear and answer the allegations of the petition at said hearing.  Findings of fact and orders of disposition will become final at the hearing.   You have the right to be represented by legal counsel.  If you are unable to employ legal counsel without undue financial hardship, the court will appoint counsel to represent you.
