Notice to Foreclose the Right of Redemption TO: Heirs of Ola Jeffers Estate; and unknown heirs and any other person, including tenant or tenants residing at such address and any person or entity who is entitled to exercise the right to redeem the property located on Wesley Camp Road, Haralson County, Georgia Take notice that: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: Being lots numbers #26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34 according to a plat of the property of R.Y. Goldin, Sr. and R.Y. Goldin, Jr., made by I.W. Bailey, registered Surveyor, dated April 23, 1947, which plat is recorded in Plat Book Number #1, page 14 in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia, and which plat is by leave of reference hereby incorporated and made a part of this indenture, and being the same property conveyed to Miss Ola Jeffers by deed recorded in deed book 72, page 190, all according to the records of the Clerk of Haralson Superior Court will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th day of June, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of November, 2024, and is recorded in Deed Book 1435, page 657 of the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Haralson County, Georgia. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 30th day of June, 2026, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: 1105 N.
