FN6770 Gpn11 FN6770 Gpn11 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, FULTON COUNTY Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from J.W. Crowder (the "Grantor") to Atlanta Postal Credit Union, ("Grantee"), dated August 24, 2007, filed and recorded October 22, 2007, in Deed Book 45870, Page 649, Fulton County, Georgia Records, ("Security Deed"), conveying the after-described property to secure that certain Note dated August 24, 2007, from Grantor payable to Grantee in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($100,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein (the "Note"), there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, 2026, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 182 of the 14th District, Fulton County, Georgia, Being Lot 29, 30, and 31, Block 11, of Beecher Hills Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Boo 40, Page 43, Fulton County Georgia Records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given as provided by law).
