NIX NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, WHITE COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from RONNIE L. NIX to CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., dated January 17, 2008, recorded January 22, 2008, in Deed Book 1236, Page 232-235, White County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Five Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy and 03/100 dollars ($105,970.03), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to Mill City Mortgage Loan Trust 2017-3, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, as Trustee, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the White County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2026, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT NUMBER 37 OF THE 2ND LAND DISTRICT, CITY OF CLEVELAND, WHITE COUNTY, GEORGIA, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND, CONTAINING 0.53 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF SURVEY CONDUCTED BY EDDIE HOOD, COUNTY SURVEYOR, WHITE COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND RECORDED IN WHITE COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS.
