FN6598 GPN20 FN6598 GPN20 NOTICE OF JUDICIAL FORECLOSURE STATE OF GEORGIA FULTON COUNTY Under and by virtue of O.C.G.A. ? 44-3-220 et seq., the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for Berkshire Place Homeowners Association, Inc., (the Declaration), filed in the Fulton County, Georgia land records, the following described property will be sold by the Fulton County Sheriffs Office at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse steps at 136 Pryor St, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30303, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May, to wit, May 5, 2026 the following described property: Sheriffs Sale #: 0526-56449 To: Owner /Tenant/ Defendant JIMMY BRYANT Civil Action #: 2023CV375353 Parcel ID #: 09F-3100-0139-391-5 ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 139 OF THE 9F DISTRICT, FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 195, BERKSHIRE PLACE SUBDIVISION, PHASE TWO-B, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 278, PAGES 28-31, FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH RECORDED PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE AND MADE A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
