This Notice concerns the minor children, P.B. & P.B., who were born in 2015 and 2016. A Dependency Petition as to P.B. & P.B. was filed in this Court by the Georgia Department of Human Services acting, by and through the Gordon County Division of Family and Children Services, "DFCS," on December 1, 2025. An Order for Service by Publication was entered on February 13,  2026. The Petition seeks a finding of dependency regarding P.B. & P.B. Zackery Bomar may obtain a free copy of the Dependency Petition, which sets forth the specific allegations in detail from the Clerk of Gordon County Juvenile Court, located at 121 Newtown Rd, Calhoun, GA 30701 (706)629-4561. Now therefore, you, the father of the minor children P.B. & P.B., are commanded to be and appear in the Juvenile Court of Gordon County, Georgia located at 121 Newtown Rd, Calhoun, GA 30701 for a dependency hearing on May 8th, 2026 at 10 a.m. and to remain in attendance from hour to hour and time to time until discharged by the Court, you then and there to make defense to the allegations of the Petition and to show cause why the prayers of the Petition should not be granted. THE HEARING IS FOR THE PUROSE OF DEPENDENCY. If you fail to appear, the Court can enter a dependency order in your absence.  This is a very serious matter.
