gpn14 ct9894 Ct9894 gpn14 NOTICE OF PROPOSED STREET CLOSINGS The Gordon County Commission has received a request from M &H Farms, LLC to close that portion of the old Oak Grove Road situated on the southeasterly right-of-way of State Route #53 and extending southerly to the easterly right-of-way line of the new Oak Grove Road. A public hearing shall be conducted at the next Gordon County Commission meeting on April 21, 2026 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. in the Commissioner's meeting room, located in the Assembly Room of the Judicial Building, 101 South Piedmont Street, Calhoun, Georgia 30701. Members of the public are invited to attend to voice their opinions for or against the proposed street closing. The Clerk shall maintain on file copies of any drawings, sketches, tax maps, legal descriptions, or any other documents that may pertain to the street closing for review by interested members of the public.
