FN4256 gpn11 FN4256 gpn11 OTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, FULTON COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in the Security Deed Home Equity Line of Credit ("Security Deed") from Angel Inciarte and Miriam Janet Inciarte to Delta Community Credit Union, dated February 16, 2024, recorded February 22, 2024 in Deed Book 67606, Page 513, Fulton County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed being given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($100,000.00), with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Fulton County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March 2026 the property being described as follows: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 232 and 233 of the 1st District, 1st Section, Fulton County, Georgia, being Lot 30, Cresslyn, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 396, Pages 24-30, Fulton County, Georgia records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description.
