NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, DOUGLAS COUNTY Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt (the "Security Deed") given by Veronica Salgado Vazquez in favor of Lewis G. Newman, dated April 1, 2024, filed for record April 16, 2024, recorded in Deed Book 4236, Page 223, Douglas County, Georgia Records, conveying the after described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $249,000.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in March, 2026, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 924 of the 18th District, 2nd Section of Douglas County, Georgia, being Lot 100, Unit III, Chestnut Log Subdivision as shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 10, Douglas County Records, said plat being incorporated herein by reference. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
