gpn14 MDJ-9974 MDJ-9974 GPN-14 NOTICE OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST CITY OF KENNESAW In accordance with O.C.G.A. 36-62A-1, notice is hereby given that Mark Allen, chairman of the Kennesaw Downtown Development Authority (KDDA), is applying for bond financing through the KDDA in his private capacity as owner of Lazy Guy Distillery in Kennesaw. The KDDA will consider the application at a special called meeting, which will be held March 20, 2026, at 7:30 AM.
