gpn16 MDJ-1001 MDJ-1001 GPN-16 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF KENNESAW Notice is hereby given the Mayor and Council of the City of Kennesaw, Georgia will conduct a public hearing on March 2, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Kennesaw City Hall at 2529 J.O. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144 to consider an Ordinance to amend Chapter 6, entitled ?Alcoholic Beverages,? of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Kennesaw, Georgia as to add or amend Sections 6-32(c), 6-32(d), 6-52(h), 6-54(a), and 6-54(b) of said Chapter regarding the renewal deadline for alcohol licenses, the allowance of restaurants to sell wine by the bottle if a meal is purchased, and the associated license fee to do the same. A copy of the proposed Ordinance is on file in the Office of the City Clerk during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for public viewing. 2:20,27-2026
