GREETINGS:
  Pursuant to an Order of this Court from an interlocutory hearing on January 14, 2026, you are hereby notified that on October 29, 2025, a DEPENDENCY COMPLAINT was filed in this Court by the current Custodian, Ms. Shameka Mitchell Jones, asking the Court to adjudicate the above-referenced children dependent and praying the child be placed in the temporary custody of the Custodian. A free copy of the petition may be obtained from the Clerk of Juvenile Court of Chatham County, 197 Carl Griffin Drive, Savannah, Georgia 31405, on any day, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  You are commanded to be and appear at a final hearing on said matter on March 11, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. A provisional hearing was held before this Court on January 14, 2026, and the findings of fact, conclusions of law and orders of disposition made pursuant to the provisional hearing will become final at the hearing unless you appear at the final hearing.
  A party is entitled to counsel in these proceedings and the Court will appoint any attorney if the party is unable, without undue financial hardship, to employ counsel.
