PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Planning Commission of the City of Port Wentworth will have a Public Hearing on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. to hear questions and/or comments on the following: 1. Zoning Map Amendment Application submitted by City of Port Wentworth for PIN # 70978 05013 (Monteith Road) requesting to rezone +/- 3.5 acres of 62.15 acres from R-4 to C-1, to allow for a medical center. 2. Zoning Map Amendment Application submitted by Phillip R. McCorkle as Agent for PWCC Ladnco Main, LLC for PINs # 70976 02014, 70975 01013, 70975 01014 (Wentworth Parkway) requesting to rezone +/- 18.5 of 33.91 acres from R-1 to I-1, to allow for industrial development. The Mayor and Council of the City of Port Wentworth will also have a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., to hear questions and/or comments on the same items. Both above meetings will be held at the City Hall 2nd Floor Council Chambers at 7224 Highway 21, Port Wentworth GA 31407.
