3341 Fashion Drive STATE OF GEORGIA * COUNTY OF RICHMOND * FORECLOSURE NOTICE Of SALE WHEREAS, heretofore on April 5, 2024, 4 T's Investments, LLC, did execute and deliver to Marvin Jones, a certain Security Deed to the hereinafter described property to secure the payment of a certain Security Deed of even date in the original amount of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($75,000.00) Dollars, all as shown by record of said Security Deed recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court for Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1922, page 2519; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the installments as provided for in said Security Deed and the undersigned, as the owner and holder of said Security Deed, has elected to declare the entire unpaid indebtedness described in and secured by said Security Deed due and payable, and the same has not been paid; NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to and in exercise of the power of sale contained in said Security Deed and for the purpose of collecting the indebtedness due thereby and the expense of sale, there will be sold at public outcry, before the Courthouse door in Richmond County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in March, 2026, to-wit: March 3, 2026, within the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to-wit: All that lot or parcel of land, with improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of Georgia, County of Richmond, being shown and designated as Lot 3, Block F, Section I, F.R.
