REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Glynn County Airport Commission invites qualified individuals and/or businesses to submit proposals for the Skylane Aircraft Hangar Development Project located at St. Simons Airport. The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals for the leasing of parcels for the design, construction, and operation of hangar facilities.
