LEGAL NOTICE Georgia Power Company has filed with the Georgia Public Service Commission (the "Commission") its proposed Fuel Cost Recovery Rate, FCR-27. This matter has been assigned Docket No. 56765 and has been scheduled for public hearing before the Commission following the Administrative Session at 9:30 a.m. on May 5, 2026. This hearing will be held in Room 110 of the Commission offices located at 244 Washington Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia 30334-5701. Please contact the Commission's Executive Secretary's Office, at (404) 656-4501 or 1-800-282-5813 (inside Georgia only), to confirm the location of the hearing. In accordance with O.C.G.A. § 46-2-59(c), persons wishing to intervene must file a Petition to Intervene with the Commission within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice. Pursuant to the Commission's Alternative eFile instructions, any pre-filed testimony or statements by interveners must be filed with the Commission's Executive Secretary by no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 9, 2026. All testimony must be pre-filed. Parties of record must also serve one another copies of any pre-filed testimony. Hearings on intervener testimony will be heard immediately following the direct testimony of the Commission's Public Interest Advocacy Staff, which follows the direct testimony of Georgia Power Company.
