PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF LOCATION AND DESIGN APPROVAL P. I. 0014078 TROUP COUNTY Notice is hereby given in compliance with Georgia Code 22-2-109 and 32-3-5 that the Georgia Department of Transportation has approved the Location and Design of this project. The date of location and design approval is: February 25, 2026 The proposed project is located within the city limits of LaGrange, Georgia in the 3rd U.S. Congressional District, in Land District 6, in Troup County. The project begins approximately 0.3 miles east of the CR 282/Youngs Mill Road intersection and ending approximately 0.1 miles south of the SR 14/US 29/Hogansville Road intersection. The proposed project will widen N. Davis Road to allow traffic to circumvent the city without passing through downtown. The proposed roadway typical section consists of four 12-foot travel lanes, two in each direction, divided by a 24-foot raised median, including 2-foot inside paved shoulders, 10-foot outside rural shoulders with
