CITY OF POOLER Zoning Map Amendment Travis Stringer has petitioned the City of Pooler for a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone property from the R-A (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to the R-3A (Multifamily Residential) Zoning District in order to construct a 303 multi-family development consisting of townhomes, single family detached and cluster style homes, all to be located on one property. The property consists of approximately 124.31acres of property located at 1400 Canal Bank CT. The subject parcel identification number is 51009 03020. The official Public Hearing before the Mayor & Council is scheduled for Monday, May 04, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The petitioner and any private individual shall be entitled to present evidence concerning the rezoning request before the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Mayor and Council.
