gpn20 RN5109 RN5109 gpn20 STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF FLOYD Advertisement of Filing of Petition for Tax Lien Foreclosure NOTICE RE:PRINCE KING Tax Map M12W, Parcel 002 815 Flowery Branch Road, Kingston, GA 30145 On February 25, 2026, a petition was filed in the Floyd County Superior Court seeking foreclosure of the ad valorem tax liens for the years 2024 and 2025 in the amount of $18,012.28 (amount includes principal amount of taxes owed and any accrued interest and penalties through April 15, 2026) on the following described property. Said amount may be subject to additional costs, filing fees and penalties associated with this action. All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 98, 99 and 103 of the 23rd District and 3rd Section of Floyd County, Georgia; and being Tract 6A as shown on plat of survey for Joe Pickering dated 01/21/1997 and revised 01/23/1997 and recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 162, Floyd County, Georgia Records, which plat by reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
