Said amount may be subject to additional costs, filing fees and penalties associated with this action. All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lots 98, 99 and 103 of the 23rd District and 3rd Section of Floyd County, Georgia; and being Tract 7A containing 77.72 acres as shown on plat of survey for Joe Pickering dated 01/21/1997 and revised 01/23/1997 and recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 162, Floyd County, Georgia Records, which plat by reference is incorporated herein and made a part hereof.
