NOTICE OF BID Sealed proposals will be received at the Food Service Office 840 Royal Heights Road, Belleville, Illinois, Attn: Steve Ebbesmeyer, Director of Food Services, marked "FOOD SERVICE–US Cooler Walk-In Freezer" on or before 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Bid packets and specifications can be picked up at the Food Service Office at the above stated address between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Awards will be made to the lowest responsible bidder, complying with the terms of the specifications, except that the right is reserved by the Board of Education to make such selection as in its judgment are best suited for its purpose. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any technicalities. Bids will be opened and recorded at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at the address listed above.
