ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
DORMITORY #3 PTAC UNITS REPLACEMENT
Separate sealed bids will be received by Southwestern Illinois College for Dormitory #3 PTAC Units Replacement at The Campus – The Lodge – Belleville, IL 62226.  Bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Avenue, Main Complex – Room 3304, Belleville, IL  62221 and bids will be publicly opened and read in Room 3280 at that time. Bid documents are available via email by contacting the Purchasing Office at Purchasing@swic.edu.  There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting to view Dormitory #3 – The Campus – The Lodge – at 2120 West Main Street - Belleville, IL 62226 on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM.  

The College reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in bidding and to accept the bid that in our judgment best serves the interest of the college.
