The Bradley Bourbonnais CHSD #307 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or  informalities in bidding  procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest to the Owner. All bidders must  comply with applicable Illinois law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all  contractors working on publicly funded projects including  certified payroll and bidders must comply with Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor including equal employment opportunity laws. We encourage minority businesses to submit bids. 2. Bidders can request electronic copies of the project documents by contacting Piggush  Simoneau, Inc. at  ostarr@psibuilds.com. Include job name in subject line of email. The Owner has selected Piggush Simoneau, Inc. as the Construction Manager for this project. Bids are being taken by Piggush  Simoneau, Inc. from individual Prime Contractors as outlined in the Bid Package Scopes of Work. Delete all reference to General Contractor (if any) in the bid documents and insert applicable Prime Contractor.
