The lump sum bids will be received at the above address, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 10th, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in order. The Bradley Bourbonnais CHSD #307 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interest to the Owner. 1. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on publicly funded projects including certified payroll and bidders must comply with Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor including equal employment opportunity laws. We encourage minority businesses to submit bids.
