Notice of Letting (1) Sealed proposals will be received in the office of the Effingham County Engineer until 11:00 a.m., April 23, 2026 for furnishing road oil and patch mix required in the maintenance of Section 26-00000-00-GM (County) and Section 26-XX000-00-GM (Various Road Districts) in the County of Effingham, and at that time publicly opened and read. (2) Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the County which may be obtained at the office of the Effingham County Engineer, located at 101 N 4th St., Suite 304, Effingham, IL or call 217-342-6550 if you want forms emailed. Completed forms shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed “Material Proposal, County Motor Fuel and Various Road Districts”.
