LEGAL NOTICE is hereby given that Community
College District No. 509, Elgin Community College, is
accepting BIDS for the printing and delivery of the
Arts Center 2026-2027 season brochure. BID documents
for the Arts Center 2026-2027 Season Brochure can be
obtained at
https://www.bhfxplanroom.com/jobs/public. ALL bids
must be sent in via the BHFX plan room by 10:30AM
prevailing time, April 24, 2026.
A public bid opening will be conducted remotely on
