Advertisement for Bids Knox County will receive Bids for the Knox County Courthouse - Restroom Replacements at the Knox County Courthouse, 200 S Cherry Street, Galesburg, IL 61401, until 2:00pm local time on Friday March 13, 2026, at which time and placeall bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Questions prior to bid opening shall be submitted electronically to cbasham@klingner.com. Include in the Subject Line: Knox County Courthouse - Restroom Replacements - Question Submittal. Reference Specification Section or Plan Sheet in email. No questions shall be taken over the phone. A non-mandatory pre-bidding conference will be held on Thursday March 5, 2026 at 11:00am, at the Knox County Courthouse - East Exterior Door at 200 S Cherry Street, Galesburg, Illinois 61401. Bidding documents including Drawings, Project Manual, Addenda, List of Plan Holders of Record, and Bid Tabulations will be available in Adobe PDF format at www.klingnerplanroom.com. Bidders are strongly encouraged to register at www.klingnerplanroom.com as a Prime Bidder or Sub-Contractor to ensure timely receipt of bidding documents and notices related to this bid and be listed as a plan holder. The Owner and Architect/Engineer are NOT responsible for any incompleteness of bidding documents made available from sources other than www.klingnerplanroom.com. Printing and shipping fees for hard copies are the responsibility of the Contractor. There is no charge for bidding documents provided in Adobe PDF format. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Knox County, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to 5% of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
