LEGAL NOTICE The Village of Homewood, Cook County, Illinois invites sealed bids for contractual leaf pickup and disposal services for the Village of Homewood. The Village seeks to secure the services of a private scavenger service to pickup pre-bagged leaves placed at curbside by residents of Homewood, in accordance with the specifications prepared by the Village of Homewood. Bid proposals and specifications are available at the Municipal Service Center, 17755 Ashland Avenue, Homewood, IL between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bid proposals will be received at the office of the Director of Public Works, Village of Homewood, 17755 Ashland Avenue, Homewood, Illinois until 10:30 a.m., April 2, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The Village of Homewood reserves the right to waive technicalities, to reject any or all bid proposals, or to accept any bid proposal which is considered most favorable to the Village of Homewood.
