VILLAGE OF HOMEWOOD INVITATION TO BID BITUMINOUS MIXES The Village of Homewood, Cook County, Illinois invites sealed bids for the purchase of Surface Mix, Modified Class I, Binder Mix per IDOT specifications; and Cold Patch Mix with the ability to pick up warm mix as needed during off-season months. Bid proposals containing the specifications are available at the Department of Public Works, 17755 S. Ashland Avenue, Homewood, Illinois between the hours of 7am – 4pm Monday through Friday. Bid proposals will be received at the office of the Director of Public Works, 17755 S. Ashland Avenue, Homewood, Illinois until April 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The Village reserves the right to waive technicalities, to reject any or all bid proposals, or to accept any bid proposal which is considered most favorable to the Village of Homewood.
