LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF JOLIET ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CONTRACT NO. 2969-0426 PROJECT NAME: 2026 CITY OF JOLIET  BITUMINOUS MATERIALS CONTRACT The City of Joliet, Illinois, does hereby invite sealed bids for: the supply of approximately 3,100 tons of bituminous patching material for pickup by the City of Joliet Trucks, and the supply and delivery of approximately 400 tons of cold patch material which shall also be available for pickup by the City of Joliet trucks.  This package can be downloaded from Euna Procurement (Bonfire) on our website at https://joliet.bonfirehub.com. All vendors will need to self-register in the Euna Procurement (Bonfire) portal for the City of Joliet. Vendors will need to accept all terms and conditions and opt in to notifications. All bids must be submitted in Euna Procurement (Bonfire) by 10:00 AM local time on March 23rd, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud in Conference Room #1 City Hall, 150 W Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60432.
