PUBLIC NOTICE Advertisement for Bids  The FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF WILL COUNTY will receive bids at the Forest Preserve District of Will County's Sugar Creek Administration Center, located at 17540 W. Laraway Road, Joliet, Illinois 60433, until 9:15 a.m. Central time on March 20, 2026, for: Messenger Woods Roadway Improvements at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. This project generally includes the removal and reconstruction of the entrance drive from Bruce Road to the first parking lot along with required restoration and mitigation.
