Invitation to bid for sealcoating at Wedgewood and Inwood Golf Courses.

PUBLIC NOTICE JOLIET PARK DISTRICT INVITATION TO BID  PROJECT TITLE: Wedgewood Golf Course Parking Lot and Path & Inwood Driveway &  Parking Lot Seal Coating PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Wedgewood Golf Course The work shall consist of sealcoating the service road, all areas around the clubhouse, and the  clubhouse parking lot with striping of the Clubhouse parking lot.  Inwood Golf Course The work shall consist of sealcoating the main entrance road and  sealcoating with striping of the clubhouse and park parking lots.  BID OPENING: Bid Documents may be obtained commencing on March 9, 2026,  by emailing request to jkren@jolietpark.org, during District's normal  business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.  BID REVIEW MEETING: The Joliet Park District will receive sealed bids at 3000 W. Jefferson Street, Joliet, IL 60435. All  bids must be delivered to the Inwood Athletic Club, 2nd Floor, by 10:00 A.M. local time on March 19, 2026, when all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. It may be necessary to conduct bid review meetings with the contractor prior to bid recommendation. Contractors should be available March 19, 2026 for bid review meetings. Awards will be given based on the lowest responsible bid according to the current established bid policy of the commissioners of the Joliet Park District. The Joliet Park District Board of Commissioners retains the right to waive any irregularities and reject any or all bids according to the District's bid policy.
