PUBLIC NOTICE The Housing Authority of Joliet requests sealed Qualifications from qualified Relocation Counseling Firms, experienced in the relocation of public housing residents. Approximately three forty-three (343) individuals will be relocated from two (2) of the Authority's public housing sites, housing predominately senior citizens and the disabled. The project scope includes relocation and mobility counseling, assisting residents in preparedness and compliance, and locating their new rental units. Timing of the relocation of each building will vary. Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Documents are available by contacting Tina Pourroy at tinap@hajoliet.org. Relocation Firms will be evaluated according to criteria described within the RFQ. This will ensure that appropriate standards of ability, experience, performance, and integrity will be met. Qualifications will be comparatively judged on the basis of, but not limited to, cost, organization of personnel, completion of work similar in scope, and performance and quality of work previously completed.
