BID NOTICE The Village of Libertyville, Illinois will receive sealed bids for the 2026 Lift Station Improvements Project until 10:00 a.m. local time on April 2, 2026, at 118 West Cook Avenue, Libertyville, Illinois 60048, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project includes minor rehabilitation of the Adler Pool and Crawford House Lift Stations, major rehabilitation of the Hollister Drive Lift Station, and decommission- ing of the Park Avenue Lift Station with replacement by a new gravity sewer system, including all associ- ated appurtenances, site work, and restoration. Bid documents may be obtained electronically through QuestCDN at www.questcdn.com, QuestCDN Project No. 10093060, for a non refundable fee of $30, beginning March 9, 2025. A QuestCDN login is required. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount.
