PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR PURCHASING BREAD PRODUCTS The Princeton Elementary School District #115 is accepting bids for the purpose of purchasing bread products for the 2026-2027 school year. Sealed bids will be accepted at the District Office at 506 E. Dover Rd., Princeton, IL 61356. Please call 815-875-3162 between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Sealed bids must arrive in person at the district office by 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15th, 2026. Specifications are as follows: • Whole grain white sandwich bread. 28 grams - 1 slice (1 oz grain) • Whole wheat sandwich bread. 28 grams - 1 slice (1 oz grain) • Whole grain hotdog buns - 56 grams for a whole bun (2oz grain) • Whole grain hamburger buns - 56 grams for whole bun (2oz grain) • Whole wheat or whole grain dinner rolls - 28 grams - 1 oz per dinner roll • Prices quoted should include delivery cost to Princeton Elementary School Central Kitchen • The contract will become effective August 12th, 2026.
