PUBLIC NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR PURCHASING MILK PRODUCTS The Princeton Elementary School District #115 is accepting bids for the purpose of purchasing milk products for the school lunch program during the 2026-2027 school year. Sealed bids will be accepted at the District Office at 506 E. Dover Rd., Princeton, IL 61356. Please call 815-875-3162 between the hours of 8:00 a.m and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Sealed bids must arrive in person at the district office by 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 15th, 2026. Specifications are as follows: • Milk is to be 1/2 pint cartons and should contain 1% butter fat and fat free butter content. • Prices should be quoted per 1/2 pint carton to include delivery to all school buildings within the district: • Douglas Elementary School, 220 E. LaSalle St,, Princeton, IL • Jefferson Elementary School, 725 W. Putnam St., Princeton, IL • Lincoln Elementary School, 501 S. Euclid Ave., Princeton, IL • Logan Jr. High School, 302 W. Central Ave., Princeton, IL • Prices should be quoted per 1/2 pint 1% white milk, 1/2 pint 1% chocolate milk, and 1/2 pint fat free chocolate milk. • Prices should be quoted as of May 1st, 2026 based on Class 1 raw milk cost per carton. • Indicate the provisions of coolers for each of the 5 district buildings for the duration of the bid. • Expired milk will be credited to the account the day of delivery/pickup. • The contract will become effective August 12th, 2026. The Board of Education reserves the sole right to waive any and all informalities on the bidding and reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof.
