BID NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS FOR PATTON SCHOOL DISTRICT 133. The following bid notice published by Patton School District 133: The Patton School District 133 Board of Education is accepting bids for mechanical improvements at the George Patton School. • PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Scope of Work includes the removal and replacement of existing mechanical equipment and associated ductwork at George Patton School, 13700 S. Stewart Avenue, Riverdale, Illinois. • PROJECT SCHEDULE The work is scheduled to be performed between June 2026 and September 2026. A complete set of bid documents may be obtained beginning April 16, 2026, from the District Architect, Cashman Stahler Group, by emailing a request for Bid Documents to gstahler@cashmanstahler.com. The public bid opening is anticipated at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 7, 2026, in the District Administrative Office located at 150 West 137th Street in Riverdale, Illinois. Prior to the public bid opening, sealed bids will be received by 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 7, 2026, at the District Administrative Office. Each bid submission must include a Bid Form and Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract.
