Notice To Bidders Springfield Airport Authority Demolition of Residential Property The Springfield Airport Authority will accept Requests For Proposals (RFP) for Demolition of residential property located at 3498 Hennepin Road. Proposals are subject to the conditions and provisions presented in the RFP and will be received at the office of the Springfield Airport Authority on the second floor of the Terminal building, Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, Springfield, IL 62707 until 4:00 PM, Monday April 13,2026. All proposals submitted in accordance with the instructions presented in the RFP will be subject to review and evaluation for compliance with the RFP. The RFP documents and plans are available at flyspi.com under “Doing Business” RFP. Proposals must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope and have the words “Bid For Demolition of Residential Property 3498 Hennepin Road – Do Not Open” clearly marked on the envelope. The Springfield Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received, to reject any or all bids in whole or part and to determine which is the lowest responsible bid in the best interest of the Springfield Airport Authority.
