NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that the Sterling Park District will accept sealed bids for the resurfacing of the 200-meter indoor track at the Westwood Fitness and Sports Center until 3:00 P.M. (C.T.) on April 2, 2026; at Frasor Center located at 1913 Third Ave., Sterling, Illinois 61081. Bids will be accepted in person, by regular mail, by courier, or by email. If hand delivered it should be delivered to 1913 Third Ave., Sterling, IL. If mailed, the address is Sterling Park District, C/O Larry Schuldt, P.O. Box 958; Sterling, IL 61081. If emailed, the address is lschuldt@sterlingparks.org; and type in Subject Line: Westwood Indoor Track Resurfacing Bids.  Requests for bidding documentation and all questions regarding this bid should go to Larry Schuldt, either by phone (815) 622-6200 or by email lschuldt@sterlingparks.org. Based upon any inquiries or questions, the Park District reserves the right to issue an Addendum to the bidding information. All bids, whether delivered, mailed, or emailed, must use the supplied Park District Bid Form, and follow all other instructions and specifications in the Invitation to Bid. The Sterling Park District also reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive technicalities and to accept the proposal which the Sterling Park District Board of Commissioners believes to be in the best interest of the Sterling Park District.
