Bids are sought for the Urban Farm Center project at College of Lake County.

BID NOTICE
College of Lake County,
herein after known as Owner,
is seeking bids for the Urban Farm Center
project at
College of Lake County Lakeshore Campus
located in
Waukegan, IL
respectively.
The base bid for the project includes the construction
of a new one-story, split-level freestanding building
with a build-out of all interior systems. See the
Contract Document for additional information. All bids
must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of ten percent
(10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to
College of Lake County. Contractors shall guarantee
their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day
period from the date of Bid Opening. The successful
bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and
Payment Bond for 100%. Contractor's Qualifications
Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already
be on file with Pepper Construction.
All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law
requiring the payment of prevailing rate of wage to all
laborers,
