Lewis Ave., Waukegan, Illinois. The project generally includes site work, foundations, structural framing, exterior construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior finishes in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bid documents will be available beginning February 16, 2026, by contacting Glenn Zagon at glenn@crimsondc.com A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 23, 2026, at 3:00 pm at the John Lewis Middle School, located at 600 S. Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085.
