INVITATION TO BID
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education, Waukegan Community Unit School District 60, Waukegan, Lake County, Illinois, hereinafter known as Owner, is seeking bids for D60 LEWIS MIDDLE SCHOOL TOILET & LOCKER ROOM RN. Located in Waukegan, IL. 

Lump Sum Bids will be received at the District Office of CUSD 60, 1201 North Sheridan Road, Waukegan, IL 60085, until 11:00 a.m., on Friday, May 8th, 2026. Bids received after designated time and date of bid opening will not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. 

Bidding Documents will be available on April 24th, 2026. To view and obtain bidding documents please visit the BHFX planroom at www.bhfxplanroom.com

A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, as detailed in the Project Manual.
