PUBLIC NOTICE OFFICIAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS STATE OF ILLINOIS MCHENRY COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT WOODSTOCK, ILLINOIS RFQ #0326.07.01 Public notice is hereby given that RFQ will be received at the McHenry County Conservation District Brookdale Conservation District 18410 US Highway 14, 60098, until 10:00 AM. On Thursday, March 19, 2026, for the following: District Wide Pest Control Services to various District sites as described in the Contract Documents and detailed in the Contract Specifications. Plans and specifications for the above are available for pickup or via email between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is no charge for these documents. To obtain a copy of this bid (either electronically or paper), contact the Administrative Offices at 815-388-6223. There will be a recommended walk-thru on Tuesday March 17 beginning at 9:00 am at the District Administrative Offices. No RFQ shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the bids without the consent of the Owner. The Board of Trustees of the McHenry County Conser-vation District reserves the right to accept any part or all of any bids and to reject any and all or parts of any and all bids. Any proposal which contains items not specified or which does not complete all the items scheduled for bid shall be considered informal and shall/may be rejected on this basis.
